Allow for voters to create a hyperlink for their vote, which shows a rich embed. Should show a dedicated simple page or overlay/popup which contains: 1) the person's vote, 2) the person's comment and potentially 3) the # of MKR put behind that vote. Could also include live details related to the vote itself (eg. status, vote breakdown visual etc)

Idea:
Two options: share to Twitter, share to Governance forum:
Twitter: When it's just one vote, then we build a flow that allows you to directly tweet a pre-formatted message including emojis (use Twitter API). When it's multiple tweets, we suggest a tweetstorm and we present the pre-formatted text incl emojis structured per tweet, so people can easily copy-paste into a tweetstorm.
Forum: Present a pre-formatted post that uses the forum markdown language. Use emojis and hyperlinks, perhaps also mentions and tags. Also allow for export to .dm as per suggested by Tim B.
